We’ve worked hand in glove for about 13 years and we have a hugely productive and enjoyable relationship. We’re really quite different as people though, and we didn’t hit it off immediately! It took about 6 months before we began to understand the motivations and drives we each had, but once we got there, we began designing and delivering new materials and approaches that neither of us had seen or experienced anywhere else. Most importantly, both of us – for the first time – realised that we were onto something that quickly and profoundly created change in our delegates.
