Our PhilosophyWe get people thinking differently. We attack attitudes. We give them clear processes to follow. And we drive and deliver behavioural change. Our coaching and training courses are programmes of development. They require commitment and drive. They don’t just involve the small group of people who will be attending. They involve every stakeholder and they need input and belief from all of them. Before we beginBefore we get going we hold meetings with the stakeholders involved. We attend team meetings so we really understand what’s going on. We tailor activities to meet stakeholders’ needs and not just pay lip service to them. We send delegates preparation work so their mindset is ready and we use their responses to refine our approach. On training coursesWe invite key stakeholders in the process to attend the course as well as the delegates. We work with them during the course so they are equipped to pull their people’s learning through using the strategies we’ve shown them. After coursesWe provide crib sheets, feedback and evaluation. We give all participants access to a password-protected area of our website where they can access back-up material. And we look for opportunities to continue to coach stakeholders via email and telephone so we can help embed the learning. |
