Experience

Sian's industry experience includes roles in Human Resources and Line Management with Marks and Spencer plc, Somerfield Stores Ltd and Nationwide Building Society.

In a career spanning over 20 years she has held a number of senior management roles within these organisations. She has worked with directors and their teams to develop and deliver varied people strategies to lever Business results, her experience in internal communications has contributed to the engagement of thousands of employees. Sian is valued for having a pragmatic, common sense approach, with a clear focus on the business and its results. She is passionate about helping organisations and the individuals within them achieve their best. Her work with individuals is supportive, thought provoking, challenging and usually great fun!

Her passions outside of work are cooking and entertaining!

Experience

Andrew’s background is in retail – 20 years predominantly with Marks and Spencer, in store management and training and development roles. He is commercially astute and still misses the buzz of driving up sales in stores! He works with integrity and quickly builds rapport and trust across all levels of an organisation. He loves working with a diverse range of clients which over recent years have included finance, retail, manufacturing and even theme parks! He loves skiing, playing the drums and watching his son play football!

Alison Fairley

Alison has worked in the field of strategic brand development for the last 15 years and is now regarded as one the UK’s authorities on visual brand projection. She is an experienced communications professional, particularly adept at managing change initiatives and has a track record for achieving exceptional business results. Her creative thinking makes her an innovative training designer and she combines warmth, integrity and enthusiasm in order to inspire, energise and drive those around her.

Oh – she’s brilliant at fashion advice too!!

Experience

Karen's experience is predominantly within the retail sector – 20 years with Clarks International with roles ranging from store management through to brand development manager. Operating as an internal consultant across all divisions including international, wholesale and franchise really helped to develop her people,organisation, coaching and influencing skills.

A people person who loves life. She really enjoys spending time with her family, loves skiing but her real passion is watching (and trying to coach!) her two children dance ballroom and latin competitively.

Vicki has over 12 years' expertise delivering bottom line results through learning and development. Strong rapport building skills and an ability to match her style to meet the needs of the individual and the group makes Vicki an excellent coach and facilitator. Vicki has a proven record of facilitating key behaviour changes in individuals that leads to real business success.

Industry experience includes retail, IT, financial services, distribution, business investment and domestic services.

When not working Vicki enjoys photography and visiting the gym regularly – nothing too strenuous, mainly to relax and socialise!
